Allora buone notizie, sembra rotolare a dovere….sembra…
per la mia macchina dal server DHCP ho una configurazione custom
con due gateway in option routers e due IPs in static-routes.
la mia machine (XP) ha preso I due gateways correttamente(cmd -
ipconfig /all) e sembra aver compilato correttamente le tabelle di routing (cmd
- route print).
Difatti facendo dei test veloci (cmd - tracert IPs)
effettivamente le strade prese dai pacchetti sono diversi e in linea con le
modifiche custom.
Resta da verificare il backup del gateway che devo fare
"buttando giu'" il primo.
Altra cosa strana che magari strana non è: se io faccio
un tracert di una rete privata (MPLS) che non è inserita nelle
static-routes essendo il default gateway quello della linea internet mi aspetto
che non posso risolvere….
…invice prima prova ad andare sul default gateway e poi
switcha sul secondario che è quello MPLS e che quindi instrada I pacchetti…

cmq, riguardo la configurazione che hai postato:
option routers ip-address [, ip-address... ];
The routers
option specifies a list of IP addresses for routers on
the client's subnet.
Routers should be listed in order of prefer-
ence.
Quindi si puo'. Rimane da capire se fornisce al client la lista di ip oppure il
primo disponibile...
MA:
option static-routes ip-address ip-address
[, ip-address ip-address...];
This option specifies a list
of static routes that the client should
install in its routing
cache. If multiple routes to the same desti-
nation are specified, they are
listed in descending order of prior-
ity.
The routes consist of a
list of IP address pairs. The first address
is the destination address,
and the second address is the router for
the destination.
The default
route (0.0.0.0) is an illegal destination for a static
route. To specify the
default route, use the routers option. Also,
please note that this option
is not intended for classless IP routing
- it does not include a subnet
mask. Since classless IP routing is
now the most widely
deployed routing standard, this option is virtu-
