si chiama DDNS, compilando la parte sotto, sempre che sia compatibile
con freedns, quando il tuo router cambia IP, automaticamente aggiorna
l'informazione su Freedns, il che fa' si che quando fai ssh sul nome che
avrai scelto (nomescelto.afraid.org) questo sara' aggiornato al tuo
attuale IP.

come ti hanno gia' suggerito, freedns.afraid.org dovrebbe essere giusto,
senza http:// o altre cose.
