La storia e' MOLTO lunga e complicata: per farla in breve, c'e' stata una specie di fork di "ffmpeg" che si chiama "avconv" e Debian/Ubuntu usano ormai solo quest'ultimo (comunque la sintassi di avconv e' molto simile a quella di ffmpeg).
