[linux_var] Wifi non funzioante (Usb DLink DWA-140) dopo pesante aggiornamento di Debian

Ciao a tutti
Oggi ho aggiornato il sistema (Debian) dopo un bel po' di tempo che non lo facevo e la rete wireless non funziona più.

Mi collego al wifi tramite un pennino usb: DLink DWA-140

L'interfaccia wlan0 non viene creata al suo posto c'è un dispositivo con un nome non standard:

Il dispositivo viene visto, infatti quello che segue vlx è il suo mac adress.
Inoltre se faccio un dmesg vedo:

Sembra anche che la scheda prova ad autenticarsi col router ma non ci riesce.
Stranamente il mac address 64:59:f8:02:d6:38 sembrerebbe quello del router fatto salvo per l'ultima cifra che nell'etichetta riportata dietro l'acccrocchio risulta essere 0 anziché 8. Questa cosa non l'ho capita.
La connnessione viene provaa ciclicamente dal tool di kde ma non sortisce nessun effetto.

Qualcuno sa cosa devo sistemare? Moduli del kernel? File di configuazione? tool mancanti
